Activated Carbon Adsorption Box

The Activated Carbon Adsorption Box is an essential exhaust gas treatment device used alongside pre-filtration systems, mainly for removing paint mist overspray and VOCs in spray painting applications. Overspray-laden exhaust first enters a paint mist purification unit for gas-liquid separation and multi-stage filtration, capturing fine particles (<10 μm). The pre-cleaned air then flows into the adsorption box, where high-efficiency activated carbon adsorbs organic gases and VOCs. The purified exhaust is discharged via fan and stack, ensuring compliant, odor-free emission in industrial spray booths and similar setups.
