Option 1: Using high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, with a thickness of 1.0mm, processed into vertical rounded streamline shape with special molds, not only beautiful and novel, but also dust-free and easy to clean, surface is treated with acid pickling and phosphating, then coated with epoxy resin through high-pressure electrostatic powder coating. Option 2: Using high-pressure, moisture-proof, and impact-resistant 18mm thick high-quality melamine board, all sections are edged with an automatic edge banding machine. The edge banding material is 2mm thick high-quality PVC waterproof edge banding strip, which is hot-melted to integrate with the board, ensuring strong adhesion, good sealing, waterproofing, and lasting aesthetic appeal. All panels are connected with a detachable three-in-one connection, providing a stable structure, excellent load-bearing performance, easy disassembly, and relocation, making it suitable for use in the special working environment of laboratories.

Door and drawer panel
Option 1: With the steel cabinets, the panel is double layer structure with sound absorbing material inside, keeping noise minimum when they are in operation.
Option 2: With wooden type cabinets, the cabinet doors are made of the same material as the cabinet body, with all edges treated with high-quality PVC edge banding for waterproofing, and smooth chamfering on all four sides. (The cabinet surface color is chosen by the customer).

Main frame
60x40x2.0/40x40x1.5mm/30x30x1.5mm galvanized steel pipe coated with epoxy resin powder, The joints are equipped with specialized connectors formed by cold-rolled steel plate stamping, making the overall frame structure more rational.
